1.Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Opened items are accepted as long as they are clearly unused. Refund requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp, including the reason and supporting photos if applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, but we cover the refund payment itself. If the returned product is found damaged or used, we reserve the right to reject the refund.
Products purchased with a discount code or gift card cannot be refunded, but may be replaced if received damaged or incomplete.
2.Exchange policy
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
3.Warranty
Because quality is our highest priority, we offer a limited warranty for items that arrive damaged or incomplete. Warranty claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photo proof. This warranty applies only under normal and intended use.
